Happiness



What happiness is! How we enjoy it. How we acquire it……
these are the questions which arises in every mind in low or higher prospective.
Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.
I think, there are some practical ways to acquire and maintain it in our lives….lets we  will discuss them one by one……
Are you truly happy! Do you know its mean and what it takes to achieve happiness? Above are important questions for anyone who is seeking happiness . I live my life to maintain my own happiness while trying my best to not cause unhappiness to anyone else. If you want to be happy you need to understand that you can be happy and that you should be happy. Many people make the mistake of believing that they don’t deserve happiness and accept their unhappy state as their destiny. The truth of the matter is that happiness, like anything else in life.

Happiness is hard to define but most people are aware of whether they are happy or not. Many people believe that happiness is a form of luck and that some people are destined to be happy while others are destined to be unhappy. I am trying to incorporate few tips into my life and have had great success in achieving happiness. The tips in this article are small but meaningful steps that you can take each day to lead you to true happiness.
 Here are, Some important hints to attain happiness in our lives………….
Ø  Make a plan for attaining goals that you believe will make you happy. Your mood will very likely increase as your pursue your goal because you will feel better about yourself for going after something you value.
Ø   Exercise and nutrition much important for health which leads to happy life. Exercise involves doing workouts, farming, walking, swimming among others. Mental exercise includes meditation, humming, appreciation of nature and much more. Those who don’t exercise regularly are less productive  than of those do.
Ø Nutrition is the most important for healthy and happy life. Balance diet is necessary for proper functioning of life. Eating fruits and vegetables so important. Plants have HDL lipids that are good for health.
Ø Finding the humor in situations can also lead to happiness. While there are times that require you to be serious, find a way to make light of a situation that would otherwise make you unhappy.
Ø Spend a few minutes each day thinking about the things that make you happy. These few minutes will give you the opportunity to focus on the positive things in your life and will lead you to continued happiness.
Ø Interactive Social behavior also make us happy, helping  others make us happy. When you give, you’re more likely to get back, when you give to others, your generosity is likely to be rewarded by others down the line—sometimes by the person you gave to, sometimes by someone else.
Ø Think positive, be positive, love nature, appreciate beauty of nature. Emotionally be good act positively. A vast scientific literature has detailed how negative emotions harm the body. Serious, sustained stress or fear can alter biological systems in a way that, over time, adds up to “wear and tear” and, eventually, illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Chronic anger and anxiety can disrupt cardiac function by changing the heart’s electrical stability, hastening atherosclerosis, and increasing systemic inflammation.
Ø Taking rest after working or mental fatigue is very helpful and useful for health and happiness.

Ø  If you want happiness for an hour -- take a nap. If you want happiness for a day -- go fishing. If you want happiness for a month -- get married. If you want happiness for a year -- inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime -- help someone 
Ø Remember, happiness doesn't depend upon who you are or what you have, it depends solely upon what you think.
